With the use of 3 dimensional computer added design, computer controlled vertical machining centers, lathe, welding fabrication, finishing equipment and with 20 years of experience in prototyping, production and restoration we are up to the challenge of restoring complete projects, partial projects, parts, customizing, modernizing or creating new designs of equipment or products. Our current projects include: Keeping a miniature train G-12 on the tracks buy working with the modified train. Complete restoration of a G-16 Miniature Train. As most of you know finding good or restorable parts or replacement parts for these trains are becoming more difficult. And the passenger cars are no exception … until now. We have carefully reverse engineered and documented all the parts of the passenger car bodies, reproduced these parts with exception to the top round edge which will soon be available. The parts are laser cut and formed to closely match the original passenger cars. We based the dimensions on car with serial numbers 626 and 784 and did note some miner differences between the cars. The size of notch in the seat corner, door frames, etc. We noted that the later cars were more consistent and based these features on them. We are offering these parts in several forms; side replacement rust repair kit, car part kit and complete assembled and primed using your top rails. We would be glad to discuss your specific application and build to suite. As we complete this project we will be offering additional parts for the locomotive and complete reproduction cars.
